Cause

The VSS Writer "SqlServerWriter" has an error.

Solution

Run the following commands in the VM (InGuest):

Stop-Service EventSystem -Force
Restart-Service VSS
Start-Sleep -Seconds 2
Start-Service EventSystem
Start-Service SENS
