Error 'vpxd.stats.maxQueryMetrics'

Error: [inputs.vsphere] Error in plugin: while collecting datastore: ServerFaultCode: This operation is restricted by the administrator - 'vpxd.stats.maxQueryMetrics'. Contact your system administrator.

Solution:

• Add or change the vSphere vCenter Advanced setting vpxd.stats.maxQueryMetrics to -1 (this disables the limit)
